NICOLAS BERNARD

Owner and co-founder

Nicolas Bernard is an electromechanical engineer by formation. 

He started his carriere in 2009 as Logistic Director of a Police Zone. In 2016,he joined Engie as  manager supervising 80 000 m² European  facilities. Then, in 2018, he was promoted Operational Excellence Manager  and follow his natural  affinity for operational efficiency and data analysis.

Nicolas is an energic and competitive person that enjoy sports and social interaction. He has always been interested in construction  and innovation in  general. 

For him, this new challenge as co-founder of Creative Mindset represents an opportunity to develop ideas and evolve from the creation to the implementation.

SIMON COUBEAU

Owner and co-founder

Simon Coubeau is a mechanical enginner from the UMONS Faculty of Engineering.

Specialized in machine design and production management to pursue his objective of designing racing cars, Simon started his carrier as workshop manager for Rubbergreen. During this period, Simon managed the logistics and successfully undertook several projects. He was instrumental in rebuilding and maintaining the business after the fire that devastated the factory.  

In 2019, looking for new challenges, Simon joined Pall as field service engineer.  

Simon is animated by automobile and mechanics. His passion led him to buy, import and renovate a Datsun 280Z. Then this passion lead him to start a small business of spare parts.

For him, this new challenge as co-founder of Creative Mindset represents an opportunity to make projects evolve from a concept to its completion.

BENJAMIN DEMOULIN

Owner and Co-founder

Benjamin holds a PhD in molecular biology from the Catholic university of Louvain-La-Neuve (UCL).

After his PhD, Benjamin joined Celyad Oncology , the CAR-T company, were he quickly became expert in innovative cell therapies development (Stem cells and T cell based immunotherapies). 

Creative, Benjamin manages projects, from the original concept to submission to authorites (FDA and FAMHP) and  provides R&D department with innovative ideas.

Curious, Benjamin enjoy learning and developping new skills. His interests are broad and includes nature and scents, technologies and innovation in general.

To him, this new challenge as co-founder of Creative Mindset represents an opportunity to learn new skills and be active in the transformation of our environment.
